Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing care by owning the full nursing process; build meaningful connections with patients and families; contribute to teamwork, safety, and performance improvement initiatives; mentor fellow nurses; apply and promote evidence-based practices; participate in research and patient safety efforts; proactively manage resources and care planning to enhance patient outcomes and reduce readmissions.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires an accredited nursing program graduate, RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS, and 2+ years recent Med Surg experience with computer data entry proficiency. Preferred certifications include BSN and specialty certifications. Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical skills; demonstrate calmness under pressure; and exhibit strong critical thinking, time management, and adherence to evidence-based practices. Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
