Key Responsibilities:
- Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring personalized care.
- Foster teamwork and create a respectful, collaborative environment.
- Participate in performance improvement projects, research, and shared governance.
- Lead in applying evidence-based practices and support continuous quality improvement.
- Plan care proactively, helping to develop protocols that enhance patient experiences and reduce readmissions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required), BSN preferred.
- Valid RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications (required).
- Minimum of 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience and experience with computer data entry.
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and managing clinical emergencies calmly.
