Role Overview: This position is for a Med Surg RN supporting a high-impact, multi-campus care team in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing care from assessment to evaluation.
Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.
Drive excellent clinical outcomes using current best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
RN license (single state or multi-state compact); BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and experience with data entry.
Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making skills.
