Position: Registered Nurse (RN) for 4E General Medical Unit
Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Role & Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive patient assessments, collect health data, and coordinate individualized care plans to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate interventions.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members via in-person, phone, and written interactions.
Deliver patient and family education tailored to specific learning needs.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice and maintain current knowledge of standards, laws, and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
Current Illinois nursing license and CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, professional knowledge, and commitment to quality care.
Key Duties:
Provide patient care during night shifts, including every other weekend.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Contribute to a culture of safety, learning, and professional growth.
