Position: RN – 4E General Medical Unit
Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Hours: 7:00pm – 7:30am, every other weekend
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, effective, and timely.
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members in person, by phone, and in writing.
Individualize patient and family education based on assessed needs.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
Current Illinois nursing license.
CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
