Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs, including education and discharge planning.
- Provide direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures in accordance with policies.
- Evaluate and adjust nursing interventions based on patient responses.
- Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to address patient needs.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decisions.
- Contribute to unit and organizational quality and safety initiatives.
- Promote patient safety, satisfaction, and compassionate care during interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Ability to perform assessments, coordinate care, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
