Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Evaluate and adjust nursing interventions based on patient responses.
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and ancillary staff to coordinate care and resolve patient needs.
- Participate in unit-based decision-making, quality, and safety initiatives to improve care standards.
- Engage in patient and family education, discharge planning, and promote positive health outcomes.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a team environment focused on achieving organizational metrics and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse healthcare team.
- Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and continuous improvement.
