Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, within a clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities: Formulates and coordinates individualized care plans, addresses physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires graduation from a specialty nursing training program; a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred. Demonstrates compassionate patient interaction, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to quality and safety initiatives.
Duties include: Evaluating patient responses to interventions, participating in evidence-based practice decisions, and engaging in quality improvement activities.
Work Environment & Schedule: Typically performed in a hospital setting with hours from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., including every other weekend and holiday shifts.
