This position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500. The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients of all ages, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They work within organizational policies, uphold standards of practice, and coordinate patient care activities among staff to ensure quality.
Qualifications include a nursing program graduate, with new graduates eligible to apply. A current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license and BLS certification are required.
Preferred qualifications include at least one year of hospital experience, a bachelor’s degree, and advanced specialty certifications. PRN candidates must have one year of hospital nursing experience.
