Join our team as a Registered Nurse on a Medical-Surgical unit, providing compassionate patient care and supporting professional growth.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, integrating physical, psychosocial, and personal factors.
Collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
Acting as a patient advocate, educating patients, and ensuring timely delivery of treatments.
Administering medications, performing routine procedures, and responding to emergencies such as CPR.
Monitoring patient progress, modifying care plans as needed, and ensuring optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Current RN licensure in the appropriate state; BLS certification required.
At least one year of acute care nursing experience; medical-surgical experience preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
