Role Overview:
Registered Nurses (RNs) deliver high-quality patient care by collaborating with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as key liaisons between patients, families, and providers, ensuring a supportive environment that promotes positive health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care & Coordination: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care plans, prioritize patient flow, and document care activities according to policies.
- Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction: Address patient concerns, provide education, communicate with families and staff, and promote patient- and family-centered care to enhance satisfaction.
- Performance Improvement: Participate in initiatives to improve quality, safety, and organizational performance through idea sharing and supporting change.
- Professional Development & Leadership: Maintain licenses, pursue training, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a positive work environment, embodying professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred. Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required. Must stay current with industry standards and engage in ongoing professional growth.
