Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care in a clinical environment supported by leadership and evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with critical thinking and evidence-based standards.
- Delivering relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations and cultural needs.
- Partnering with patients and families through effective communication and education, focusing on patient goals.
- Coordinating safe care delivery, promoting teamwork, and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
- Engaging in professional development, mentorship, and maintaining clinical competencies.
- Participating in research, evidence-based practice, and adhering to organizational policies and safety standards.
- Supporting resource management and contributing to protocol development for optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Current RN license (single or multi-state compact).
- BLS certification required upon hire.
- Less than one year of clinical experience post-graduation preferred.
