– Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing care by owning the full nursing process from assessment to evaluation.

**Qualifications & Skills:**
– Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
– Valid RN license (single or multi-state).
– BLS and ACLS certifications required; specialty certification preferred.
– 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and experience with computer data entry.
– Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
– Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, time management, and decision-making skills.
– Comfortable with Microsoft Office and managing clinical emergencies calmly.
