Join a dynamic Med Surg RN team supporting multiple campuses in delivering personalized, evidence-based patient care. You will own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, build meaningful patient connections, and contribute to a safe, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary nursing care aligned with best practices.
- Foster teamwork, staff engagement, and participate in quality improvement projects.
- Mentor fellow nurses and support professional development.
- Lead evidence-based practices, participate in research, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan proactively for patient care, resource management, and care protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer systems.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and ability to manage fast-paced situations.
