Role: Registered Nurse in a Medical-Surgical team.
Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, patient-centered care by assessing patients, developing and updating care plans, administering medications and treatments, and evaluating outcomes. Collaborate with physicians and colleagues to ensure safe, effective care. Maintain accurate electronic health records and educate patients and families throughout treatment and discharge. Contribute to quality improvement and community health initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills: Current North Carolina RN license and a nursing degree are required. Med-surg experience is preferred. Strong collaboration, communication, and patient education skills are essential. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, inclusive, and innovative environment.
