Registered Nurse (Med-Surg Trauma Spine)
Provide evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced acute-care Med-Surg Trauma Spine setting for adult trauma and spine patients.
- Coordinate complex treatment plans and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff.
- Administer medications and perform comprehensive assessments.
- Monitor post-op recovery and track clinical progress.
- Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and document care accurately.
- Deliver compassionate, trauma-informed care to support patient needs and outcomes.
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Current RN licensure and ability to deliver acute-care nursing.
- Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and monitoring skills.
- Medication administration proficiency and effective care coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams.
