Registered Nurse (Medical/Surgical)
Provide evidence-based inpatient nursing care for patients with complex medical needs. Assess, monitor, and document patient condition, administer medications safely, and manage care using clinical judgment and established protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and manage complex conditions
- Administer medications and monitor response and safety
- Coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
- Support safe, appropriate discharge planning
- Maintain accurate, timely nursing documentation
Qualifications & skills
- Active Registered Nurse licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills
- Ability to administer medications safely and effectively
