Position: RN – Medical ICU
Location: Naperville, IL
Type: Full time, 30 hours/week
Hours: 7:00am-7:30pm (Day shift) with rotating weekends and holidays
Responsibilities: Provides professional nursing care following state regulations and hospital policies. Utilizes critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegates appropriate tasks to staff and collaborates as part of a healthcare team.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of RN critical care experience, Nursing degree (Associate or higher), current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and ACLS within six months.
