Role Overview: This position is for a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, performing, and evaluating nursing care to meet patient needs.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in unit-based decision-making and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Candidates should demonstrate critical thinking, calmness under stress, attention to detail, integrity, and a willingness to learn. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
