In this role, you’ll oversee personalized patient care plans, ensure patient safety through vigilant monitoring, coordinate multidisciplinary treatment, and lead discharge planning to support patient success.
Minimum requirements: active RN licensure, BLS certification within 30 days, and a diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure.
Preferred: 36 hours/week, night shifts, every other weekend, rotating holidays, and prior acute care experience.
