Role: Registered Nurse in a Med Surg Float Pool, providing age-appropriate care to young adult, adult, and geriatric patients across medical and surgical units.
Responsibilities: Demonstrate clinical skills, perform delegated duties within scope of practice, and perform lab testing following safety and quality protocols. May float to different units based on competency, ensuring comprehensive patient care and safety.
Qualifications: Current RN licensure in Colorado or multi-state license, BLS certification, and ACLS certification within 30 days of hire. Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Two+ years of acute RN experience preferred. No travel required, floating within the facility.
