Position Overview
- Provides direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implements and monitors patient care plans, communicates patient conditions, and serves as a primary coordinator among disciplines for well-coordinated care.
- Follows physician and nursing orders and assesses discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current or eligible RN licensure by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
- Valid BLS certification within 30 days of hire, from AHA or Red Cross.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school and at least one year of RN experience.
