Med Surg RN (Medical-Surgical)
Provides high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced medical-surgical setting. Manages and coordinates direct patient care, monitors patient condition, and supports timely clinical decision-making through accurate assessment and documentation.
Key Duties
- Assess patient status and monitor vital signs and symptoms
- Administer medications and treatments safely and according to protocol
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
- Implement medical interventions and respond to changes in patient condition
- Maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure and ability to work in a medical-surgical environment
- Strong clinical assessment, monitoring, and patient-care management skills
- Medication administration competency and knowledge of safety best practices
- Effective communication and teamwork with healthcare professionals
- Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, high-paced setting
