Role Overview:
This position involves providing safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards. The nurse offers professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, emphasizing Patient Centered Care as the core of all nursing activities. The role includes supervising and guiding staff under their direction and demonstrating Service Excellence standards consistently.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- One year of acute care experience or completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months
- Current RN license in the state
- Valid BLS certification and appropriate advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) based on patient population
