Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing comprehensive patient care in a labor, delivery, and postpartum unit, with potential to float to NICU and Pediatrics.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, deliver treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in evidence-based practice decisions. Ensure patient safety, promote positive patient and family interactions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a specialty nursing program (required), bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrates compassion, strong communication, collaborative skills, and the ability to handle high-risk and routine maternity cases. Knowledge of policies, procedures, and safety standards essential.
