Role: Registered Nurse – Infant Special Care Unit
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care independently in the ISCU
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Current IL nursing license and BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of acute care or ISCU experience preferred
- NICU/ISCU experience is highly desirable
