Role Overview: A Registered Nurse (RN) is sought to join the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU), providing patient-centered care for critical and intermediate care patients with diverse medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care in the IMCU, applying clinical knowledge to manage patients with various diagnoses, ensuring safety and quality outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the practice state; multi-state license acceptable.
- Required certifications include BLS; ACLS, PALS, and NRP based on patient population.
- Critical care experience and specialty certifications such as CCRN or CEN are preferred.
Additional Requirements: Ability to work 24 hours per week during night shifts, including every third weekend, with a focus on compassionate, mission-driven care.
