Position Overview:

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, effective, and patient-centered care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability for assigned patients.
They evaluate the care provided by team members and coordinate patient care collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
Upholding patient rights, maintaining confidentiality, and aligning duties with organizational values are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized outpatient infusion and chemotherapy care in a collaborative clinic environment.
• Support oncology patients requiring complex therapies.
• Maintain a focus on safety, education, and compassionate service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the relevant state and/or compact licensure.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various motions required for patient care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or oncology-specific credentials may be required or preferred.

Additional Requirements: The role may require specific unit certifications and adherence to safety standards.
