Role: Registered Nurse providing patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
Responsibilities: Support patient and family needs, collaborate with healthcare teams, individualize care plans, perform intravenous insertions, utilize medical equipment, interpret policies and lab results, monitor and communicate patient conditions, and ensure evidence-based practice.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, valid RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), and relevant specialty certifications such as Oncology or Vascular Access.
Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, proficiency with medical devices and EHR, ability to respond to patient changes, and physical ability to perform required tasks.
