The role involves maintaining practice standards and coordinating care activities among assigned staff to ensure high-quality nursing services.
Qualifications include a graduate from an accredited nursing program (bachelor’s degree preferred), with no experience required—new graduates are eligible. Preferred candidates have hospital experience and at least one year in a hospital setting for PRN roles. Required licenses are a valid Georgia RN license or NLC/eNCL multistate license and BCLS certification. Advanced certifications in specialty areas are a plus. This position is based at Piedmont Rockdale Hospital.
