Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and develop, coordinate, and implement individualized care plans including patient and family education, discharge planning, and support throughout hospitalization.
- Provide direct patient care such as administering treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures in accordance with policies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and modify care plans based on patient responses.
- Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to address patient needs and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot equipment and participate in unit-based decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
