Position: RN House Operations Administrator for Capacity Management Center
Location: Skokie, IL
Hours: Evening and Night shifts, rotating weekends and holidays, 24 hours/week
Responsibilities: Provide clinical guidance, support bed placement and capacity management, collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient care, conduct staff education and mentorship, participate in quality improvement and compliance activities, advocate for high-quality patient care, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, 5+ years of clinical experience (preferably in medical/surgical or critical care), current Illinois RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications.
