Position Overview
This role is responsible for managing and delivering high-quality home nursing services aligned with community health standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive case management and nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring adherence to agency policies and standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state
- Minimum of two years’ Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing and home health experience
The role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in patients’ homes.
