Role Overview: This position involves providing comprehensive inpatient nursing care, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, perform, and evaluate nursing activities aligned with patient and family needs.
- Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Coordinate care, educate patients and families, and handle discharge planning.
- Evaluate nursing interventions and adjust plans based on patient responses.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to address patient needs proactively.
- Participate in unit-based decision-making, quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practices.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and contribute to a team-focused environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a specialty nursing program, with a focus on developing critical thinking, leadership, and professional skills. Ability to work compassionately, problem-solve, and communicate effectively within a team.
