Role Overview: This position is for a Graduate Inpatient RN responsible for delivering compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs, promoting safety and satisfaction.
- Conduct assessments within scope of practice and coordinate comprehensive care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
- Provide direct patient care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostics, and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Participate in decision-making, evidence-based practices, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and contribute to a safe, efficient clinical environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduation from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
