Registered Nurse – Graduate

Role Overview: Responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients, promoting safety, patient satisfaction, and compassionate interactions. Coordinates interdisciplinary care, addresses physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and implements evidence-based interventions. Evaluates patient responses and revises care plans accordingly. Collaborates with physicians and staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes and participates in quality and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments within scope of practice and unit standards.
  • Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
  • Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests following policies.
  • Evaluate interventions’ effectiveness and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Engage with interdisciplinary team members to resolve patient needs proactively.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decisions.
  • Contribute to a team-focused environment, achieving unit and organizational goals.
  • Participate in safety and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate from a Nursing Specialty Training Program.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to clinical situations.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
