Key Duties: Provides direct patient care, formulates and evaluates care plans, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, delegates tasks, troubleshoots equipment issues, and participates in quality and safety initiatives. Supports patient and family education, discharge planning, and unit-based decision-making.
