We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join a General Surgery unit in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing compassionate, evidence-based care to post-operative and acute surgical patients
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and administering medications
• Managing wounds and drains effectively
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Documenting patient information accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Educating patients and their families about care procedures
• Collaborating closely with surgeons, hospitalists, and allied health staff
Qualifications and skills:
• Valid Registered Nurse license
• Strong clinical assessment and wound management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
