We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide holistic, patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Responsibilities include:
Performing comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs using the established practice model. Diagnosing and prioritizing patient problems, developing coordinated care plans with measurable goals, and communicating effectively with the healthcare team. Implementing evidence-based interventions, providing patient and family education, responding to emergencies, and ensuring safety and infection control. Continuously evaluating care outcomes, adjusting plans as needed, and maintaining accurate documentation in electronic medical records. Exhibiting leadership by mentoring peers, participating in quality improvement activities, and supporting professional development. Adhering to organizational policies, completing required training, and maintaining licensure and certifications such as BLS and ACLS. Qualifications: Current Ohio nursing license and BLS certification required; ACLS within six months for specific units. Educational requirements include a BSN within five years for nurses hired after January 2010; experience is not mandatory. Strong communication skills, cultural competence, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth are essential.
