Job Summary
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
Coordinates patient care with other departments and evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
Qualifications include:
- Graduation from a nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license and adherence to state licensing requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, PALS, or others based on department needs
Key responsibilities:
- Perform nursing duties in accordance with organizational standards and values
- Maintain physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver safe, effective patient care
