We are seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care across multiple hospital units. The role involves performing comprehensive head-to-toe assessments, monitoring cardiac rhythms, and responding swiftly to changes in patient conditions. Responsibilities include communicating with physicians, adjusting care plans, and utilizing triage processes for timely treatment. Candidates must hold a current NV nursing license, BLS & ACLS certifications, and have a minimum of two years critical care experience in settings such as ED, ICU, or PACU. PALS certification is required within six months.
