We are seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse responsible for providing compassionate patient care across all hospital units, including pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients.
Key duties include performing head-to-toe assessments, communicating clinical changes to physicians, utilizing triage processes, and managing cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmias per ACLS protocols.
Qualifications include a current NV nursing license, BLS & ACLS certifications, PALS certification (to be obtained within six months), and at least two years of critical care experience in ED, ICU, or PACU.
Skills required are strong assessment, communication, and clinical judgment, with the ability to float across departments.
