Role Summary: Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered care through evidence-based nursing practices. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, while adhering to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans, set measurable goals, and coordinate discharge planning. Delegates tasks appropriately, monitors care quality, and ensures a safe environment. Engages in performance improvement, patient education, and maintains professional licensure. Serves as a patient advocate and team collaborator, performing duties within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act.
