Registered Nurse – Full Time Days

Role Overview:

This position involves providing direct patient care in an acute care setting, assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions within established standards. The nurse will promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management, and participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, social workers, and physicians, is essential to deliver comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
  • Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values, cultural, and spiritual preferences.
  • Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medication administration, and disease management.
  • Participate in professional development and uphold safety standards; work in a safety-sensitive environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; RN licensure required.
  • No prior experience necessary; preferred candidates have at least 2 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
