Under general supervision, performs a variety of professional nursing duties for patients in specified clinical areas.
Qualifications include completing an accredited nursing program and holding an associate’s degree in nursing.
Preferred qualifications are a bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing and at least two years of nursing experience.
Required certifications include RN licensure in Texas, BLS, ACLS (within one year), NIH Stroke Scale (within one year), and specific licensure codes.
Additional desirable credentials include relevant national certifications.
