Key responsibilities include:
Planning and coordinating patient care, assessments, education, and nursing interventions Collaborating with physicians and colleagues to implement and evaluate care plans Providing empathetic care throughout all stages of prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up Demonstrating nursing competency and expertise Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure in NLC states Maintaining required competencies and certifications Skills and attributes: adaptability, excellent communication, attention to detail, strong time management, critical thinking, and collaboration abilities.
