Role: Registered Nurse at the Ada Family Birthplace
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers, newborns, and families during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor maternal-fetal status
Administer medications, support pain management and breastfeeding
Coordinate care plans with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
Document care accurately in the EMR
Educate families on newborn and postpartum care
Maintain a safe, respectful, and healing environment aligned with core values
Qualifications & Skills:
Registered Nurse licensure
Experience or knowledge in maternal and neonatal care preferred
Strong communication, compassionate bedside manner, and teamwork skills
Ability to support families through labor and postpartum processes
