Registered Nurse – Float Pool – Various FTE/Shifts

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional, patient-centered care in a hospital setting. The nurse will apply specialized training to deliver high-quality health services, emphasizing human connection and compassion. The position involves working on-site at a hospital, with multiple shifts available, supporting a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities include:

Assessing patient needs and developing care plans

Administering medications and treatments

Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care accordingly

Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Documenting patient information accurately and timely

Providing education and support to patients and families

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Valid Washington RN license

American Heart Association BLS certification

Minimum of 1 year nursing experience

Preferred: National certification in specialty area

Strong communication, critical thinking, and compassionate care skills
