We are seeking a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse to join the Central Region Float Pool. This role involves completing assessments, addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and developing, coordinating, and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. The nurse provides direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, and evaluates the effectiveness of interventions to adjust care as needed. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting equipment, participating in evidence-based practice decisions, and contributing to patient safety and quality initiatives.
Qualifications and skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program (required)
- Ability to float between multiple hospital locations
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
This position involves rotating day/night shifts, weekend, and holiday work.
