Role: Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) providing compassionate, high-quality patient care across multiple hospital units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop/implement nursing care plans based on clinical judgment.
- Administer medications and deliver direct bedside care safely and accurately.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care and communicate patient status with the care team.
- Respond to changing patient needs and priorities in diverse clinical settings.
- Support units with varying patient populations to maintain continuity of care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current RN licensure and ability to practice independently within hospital settings.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and medication administration skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across disciplines.
